From the enactment of the HSTPA in June 2019 followed by COVID NYC has undergone many changes with respect to how the administrative agencies operate, what each individual coop and condo building requires and how to determine what can and cannot be accomplished to achieve the results that you and your client may seek. This class will focus on the alteration application process, the DOB submission requirements, and what to expect when undergoing a renovation in NYC.
