As we approach the Global one year anniversary of COVID -19, we are faced with new challenges. On Monday, Governor Cuomo signed into Law a further Stay of all evictions for at least 60 days which will be automatically stayed until May 1, 2021 if the Tenant submits a Declaration of a COVID defense.
