This is the first full 3 hr class where I will have a group of guests to help participants understand each step of the process when Buying from an Estate / an old Sponsor unit/ an old apt needed updating to a full blown gut to the studs.

From plumbing to electric, to insurance, to Board fees and Approval to DOB filings and approvals to choosing an Architect, Contractor, plumber and more. Michael Hershkowitz from REDOnyc and I will be speaking with various vendors who will be joining to provide insight and explanation as to each stage of the process.
