I hope you had a nice weekend and an easy fast to those who observe.

I am writing to provide a very recent update regarding NY Evictions. Governor Cuomo will be signing an Order declaring no evictions until 2021. See below:

While this is no surprise, it is certainly a good time to understand what this means to Landlords and Tenants, and my Partners are industry thought-leaders when it comes to Landlord/Tenant and Real Estate Law.
