Ethics for brokers also means “No drafting leases”

Today I had my first Ethics class which is now required as of July 1, 2021 for all salesperson renewals. As part of my class I shared the new REBNY rental lease form which has many more areas requesting deletions. Below are all of the new REBNY lease forms.
